For the third year in a row, Rich Marshall and Justin Manley are returning as the dynamic hosts of the Heroes Awards, bringing their trademark blend of energy, humour and heartfelt engagement to what has become one of the most eagerly anticipated evenings in the sector’s calendar.

This year’s ceremony will take place at the super‑exclusive Chancery Rosewood Hotel in Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, on Tuesday 1st December 2026, promising a spectacular celebration of outstanding achievement and inspirational stories.

Marshall and Manley have quickly become synonymous with the Heroes Awards experience, guiding audiences through emotional tributes and unforgettable moments while ensuring every honouree feels truly celebrated. Their return for a third consecutive year underlines both their commitment to the event and the high regard in which they are held by organisers and guests alike.

The Heroes Awards are open to nominations for people from across the industry whose efforts go beyond the ordinary. Nominators are encouraged to think broadly about who qualifies as a “Hero” — someone who has shown courage, bravery or noble qualities, or simply gone above and beyond to help others or improve a situation.

There are no fixed categories or minimum criteria, reflecting the wide range of selfless acts that deserve recognition. Examples might include random acts of kindness, extraordinary support to colleagues, life‑saving actions, charitable leadership, or simply consistently stepping up in difficult circumstances. Nominations can come from colleagues, team members, managers, or even industry peers from other organisations.Heroes Awards

Speaking ahead of the event, Rich Marshall said:"It's an absolute honour to return to the Heroes Awards. Every year, we get to meet incredible people whose dedication and achievements inspire us all. Being part of their celebration never gets old."

Justin Manley added:"Hosting the Heroes Awards is always a highlight of the year. This year at the Chancery Rosewood, we’re looking forward to an unforgettable night – the perfect setting to recognise true heroes in their fields."

Nominations for the 2026 awards are now open, and entrants are encouraged to submit their heroes’ stories ahead of the 19th June 2026 deadline and remember that the selfless acts of courage do not have taken place between now and 19th June when nominations close.
