A new printable poster campaign has been launched to encourage nominations for the Heroes Awards 2026, with teams across depots and offices asked to display the materials prominently to raise awareness.

The poster, which features a QR code linking directly to the online nomination page, has been distributed to workplaces with a request for it to be printed and placed in visible, high-traffic areas such as noticeboards, break rooms, entrances and welfare spaces.

Organisers say the aim is to make it as easy as possible for colleagues to nominate individuals who have made a positive impact across the organisation.

Encouraging recognition across teams

The Heroes Awards celebrate people who go above and beyond in their roles, demonstrate the organisation’s values and support their colleagues and communities.

By placing the poster in prominent locations, teams are being encouraged to remind staff that they can quickly nominate someone by scanning the QR code with their phone.

The nomination process is designed to be simple and take only a few minutes, helping ensure that outstanding contributions from across depots and offices are recognised.

Promoting the campaign across depots

Depot teams are being asked to support the initiative by:

  • Printing the poster in colour (A4 or A3 recommended)

  • Displaying it on office and depot noticeboards

  • Encouraging colleagues to scan the QR code and submit nominations

Organisers say strong visibility of the poster will help ensure that employees across the organisation are aware of the awards and have the opportunity to recognise colleagues who make a difference every day.

The Heroes Awards 2026 aim to highlight the dedication, teamwork and commitment shown by individuals across the business.
