The complete gallery from this year’s landmark Heroes Awards has now been released, capturing the remarkable individuals celebrated at the London Hilton on Park Lane on 26 November.

The ceremony honoured more than 80 people who demonstrated exceptional courage, compassion and selflessness — often putting themselves at risk to protect, support or comfort others.

This year’s event was once again hosted by Richard Marshall and Justin Manley, whose continued involvement has helped shape the awards into a warm, authentic celebration of real human kindness across the sector.

Unlike traditional industry ceremonies, the Heroes Awards remain the only national event dedicated entirely to recognising everyday people for acts of humanity, without any corporate agenda or commercial criteria.

Alicia Hibberts, Operations Director at the Heroes Awards, said:“Every year, we are humbled by the stories of ordinary individuals who have shown extraordinary courage. The Heroes Awards exist to honour people who make a difference simply because they care — without seeking recognition, reward or applause. This year’s nominees remind us what genuine public spirit looks like.”

Hardeep Sanghera, Health and Safety Director at Fortel, added:“This was the best Heroes Awards event yet. Fortel are proud not only to have been a sponsor of the Personal Impact Medals since the start of the event in 2021, but we’ve already committed to supporting next year’s awards. It’s inspiring to see so many individuals recognised for their extraordinary acts of kindness and bravery.”

Whether stepping in to prevent harm, guiding a vulnerable member of the public to safety, or standing by colleagues in the face of abuse or hostility, the Heroes Awards continue to shine a light on the individuals whose actions quietly uphold the values of public service.

Created by people working within the sector and delivered for the sector, the event remains a genuine celebration of the individuals who make a difference simply because it is the right thing to do.
