Sophie Potts is Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Quality Director at Skanska, leading strategy across major infrastructure and construction programmes. She has progressed through senior roles within the business, previously serving as Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager. Prior to Skanska, Sophie held leadership positions including Health, Safety and Environmental Director at Phenna Group and National Health and Safety Manager at CTS Group. She also spent over five years at Balfour Beatty as Senior HSES Lead, and earlier worked at Elsoms Seeds. Sophie began her career in HM Forces, bringing a disciplined, people-focused approach to driving safety culture, compliance and continuous improvement.
