Roy is an Electrical Engineer with a background in the Power Generation industry; initially providing digital control system replacements before moving into gas fired power station construction.

In 2009, Roy transitioned into the Renewable Energy sector where he remains to this day as UK Head of Operations for Siemens Energy.

He is a Chartered Electrical Engineer, holds an MBA from the University of Manchester, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lincoln.
