This will be 6 out of 6 for Rich – having judged and hosted all the Heroes events to date. Rich moved from National Highways to Carnell’s last year to set up a new department, but this has not changed his enthusiasm for these awards – one of the first entries into his annual calendar! Rich likes to stay busy, being a Trustee on the board of a charity, a mental health first aider, a Fairness-Inclusion-Respect Ambassador, an EDI Officer for CIHT, an active cricketer and an occasional golfer.
