Phill Ross is a Chartered Safety professional with over 38 years in the construction industry, a Civil Engineer by training Phil moved into Quality, Environment, Health and Safety some 25 years ago and has worked for both client and contractor. Since his apprenticeship Phill has always had involvement in Highways works, be it utilities, high speed or local authority networks.
