James Poole is a Project Director at MGroup, currently leading the Botley Bypass project for Hampshire County Council. Born in Lymington, the 39-year-old has spent 25 years in construction, beginning as a ground worker before completing a bricklaying apprenticeship. Rising through the ranks, he achieved a master’s degree and became a Chartered Civil Engineer. James has also supported the Stamp It Out safety campaign with Safer Highways for several years.
